LTU Mission Statement

Leeds Trinity and All Saints is called to be a community for higher education in the Catholic tradition

    1. Dedicated to learning, teaching, scholarship and care
    2. Inspired by Christian ideals and principles of inclusiveness
    3. Informed by charity, justice and prayer

Leeds Trinity and All Saints Union of Students (LTU) support these values, and we aim to enhance the student experience by:

  1. Advancing the Academic interests of our students.
  2. Facilitating the needs of each individual student, by creating an inclusive, accessible environment.
  3. Providing a comprehensive information and advisory service to our students on matters relating to their general welfare.
  4. Acting as a medium of communication between our students, Leeds Trinity and All Saints, and other bodies.
  5. Providing recreational facilities, and other leisure time activities and entertainment, in the interests of social welfare of our students.

In order to further our own aims and objectives, we shall be a constituent member of the National Union of Students (NUS).

The student experience at Leeds Trinity and All Saints is enriched by the relationship the College has with schools, employers, and the wider community. We will strive to have equally strong relationships with such bodies, as well as working closely with the College in furthering our own current relationship.

We seek to build a multi-faith and multi-cultural social community in which any student can receive the support and advice needed to benefit from all non-academic aspects of the higher education environment, whilst also fulfilling their academic potential.
