Leeds Student Health Survey
What?
Leeds NHS are asking all students to complete this survey.
Why?
We are interested in finding out more about Leeds students' use of alcohol and drugs. As well as asking about substance use the questionnaire also includes questions about your psychological well-being. This will help us plan for the future needs of students.
Who?
We know that not all students use alcohol and drugs but it is important that everyone completes the survey so that the views of all students are included. So we ask that you complete the survey regardless of whether or not you use alcohol or drugs.
Will the results be confidential?
The survey is anonymous and confidentiality is assured. Your individual data will only be seen by members of the project team. Data will be stored securely.
What if I don't want to answer all the questions?
Although the information is much improved if you answer all questions you can opt out of some questions and still complete the remainder of the survey. You can also leave the survey at any time, without having to give a reason. If you leave you can ask for any information identifiable to you to be taken out of the database and destroyed (contact: Julie.Stafford@leedspct.nhs.uk).
Do I get anything for completing the survey?
Everyone who completes the survey will go into a draw to win:
